About the Event
Our in-house Chef Toby, from Dallas, Texas will be creating his popular Tex Mex enchiladas!
Menu $25/person:
Acapulco seafood cocktail: shrimp, crab, mango, papaya
Choice of 3 enchiladas: cheese, smoked chicken or beef
Rice and charro beans
Chef's homemade salsa and chips
Grand Marnier flan for dessert
Freshmade guacamole, margarita's and cervesa's will be available, of course.
