C&S Events and Catering, LLC is a full-service events company led by Aimee Cheek, bringing more than 30 years of experience producing special events, weddings and large corporate conferences. Founded in 2020 at the historic Citizens and Southern Bank building, Cheek and her staff (C&S) quickly became known for their thoughtful design, seamless execution, and elevated hospitality.
Today, the company has expanded to include offsite catering, professional bartending, and dedicated servers at the location of your choosing, along with comprehensive planning and execution for festivals and conferences. The newest addition to the C&S portfolio is the Carolina on Southport Rd, a beautiful new event venue and commissary kitchen that further reflects the brand's commitment to excellence, versatility and unforgettable experiences.

CAROLINA on SOUTHPORT
Event Center
Opening in February 1, 2026, the Carolina on Southport will be a new refined destination on the edge of downtown Spartanburg. Designed with beautiful neutral decor, the space offers a timeless setting for weddings, corporate events and special celebrations.
The venue will accommodate seated dinners for up to 175 guests and cocktail receptions for up to 280, with free onsite parking for convenience. A welcoming covered porch, a hidden nature trail for stunning photos, and space for a tented event allow gatherings to expand effortlessly.
Convenient, serene, and thoughtfully designed, 100 Southport Rd is where Spartanburg will gather to celebrate - coming February 2026.
