Amy and Roland have owned the building since the early 90's and have seen it serve a multitude of purposes throughout its years. The central location to the heart of downtown Spartanburg has allowed the building to play an integral part in the community. Today the building is serving a vision of hospitality expert, Amy, which is to allow the community to utilize the historic space as a place to gather, celebrate and meet. Restored to its original mid-century modern decor, Amy chose neutral colors in the building to allow for the most flexibility in creating a special event.
